Your Function

As a PR Management Assistant, you will join our PR team and act as the right hand of our PR Manager. You will help shape our PR strategies for our brands Marie Jo and PrimaDonna through press content, community content, brand USPs, and more.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the PR in their daily tasks and in following up on campaigns for our three brands Primadonna, Marie Jo and Sarda.

• Liaise with influencer agencies and PR agencies to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Actively search for new creators to collaborate with in order to increase our visibility and evaluate these partnerships using our tool Kolsquare.

• Work closely with our social media team to align influencer content with brand calendars.

• Engage with our community on social platforms by responding to comments.

• Manage the delivery of samples for stylists and magazines.

• Assist in coordinating PR and influencer events such as press days and new collection launches.

Your Profile

• You are pursuing a degree in communication or marketing and are looking for an internship of at least 4 months.

• Social media holds no secrets for you. You stay up to date with trends, tools, and influencers.

• You are an innovative and creative storyteller.

• You have an analytical and results-driven mindset.

• You are hands-on and proactive.

• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.

• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
