Job description

The Role

As a Brand Marketeer for Sarda (maternity cover from Sept ’26 – March ’27), you will play a central role in executing our global marketing strategy, with a strong focus on Digital Media, CRM, Content, and Website Branding.

You will ensure a coherent 360° brand experience, from paid campaigns to editorial storytelling, newsletters to website content and B2B communication. This role requires a unique combination of creative thinking and analytical strength, enabling you to translate data into impactful campaigns.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will contribute directly to several Sarda’s key revenue drivers: paid media campaigns ideation, CRM and ecommerce marketing, while strengthening brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities

 Paid Media

  • Ideate and brief Paid Media Campaigns

  • Ensure alignment between paid, owned, and earned channels

Digital Owned Media & 360° Brand Execution

  • Ideate the strategy and execution of Digital Media campaigns, ensuring alignment with global objectives

  • Own and coordinate the Marketing Calendar, aligning storytelling, product focus, and commercial goals

  • Maintain a 360° overview of all communication, ensuring consistency across digital, editorial, and B2B channels

  • Drive brand storytelling through editorials, campaigns, and internal communications

CRM & Customer Engagement Strategy Implementation

  • Co-develop and execute the CRM strategy together with the eCommerce team

  • Coordinate the design and implementation of newsletter strategies, ensuring they align seamlessly with CRM initiatives, aiming to optimize customer engagement and retention.

  • Build and refine customer journeys using the Customer Database Platform to improve engagement and loyalty

Website & Digital Branding

  • Manage the brand experience on owned platforms, ensuring a seamless and inspiring user journey

  • Safeguard consistency in visual identity and messaging across all digital touchpoints

Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to long-term strategic marketing projects

  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns

  • Act as a proactive partner across teams in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Content, Assets & Messaging

  • Oversee consistency content creation and copy development across digital channels

  • Ensure strong alignment between visual assets, copy, and brand tone of voice

  • Coordinate translations to guarantee brand consistency across markets

  • Support both B2C and B2B communication flows

About You

Experience & Background

  • Digital Native

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (CRM experience is highly valuable)

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or similar

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus

  • Fluent in Spanish & English (mandatory — written and spoken), Catalan is a strong plus

  • A dual mindset: creative & analytical

  • Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into impactful campaigns

  • Strong attention to detail in copy and messaging
