Job description

Your Function

As a sales representative you are responsible for the sale of luxury lingerie and swimwear of our brands Marie Jo and Prima Donna and Sarda to existing customers (specialty stores and e-tailers) and new prospects for Norway. Your main focus is the account management of your 70 accounts in Norway and building the bridge between our products and your client’s. On top of this you actively look for opportunities to grow the region even more. You report to the Regional Manager for NL and Nordics based in the Netherlands.

 

Responsibilities:

 

As Account Manager:

  • You visit our independent Retail Partners and present our collections in a professional way to reach the financial objectives, using our showroom in Oslo and Trade Fairs.

  • You build strong and lasting partnerships with your customer, based on trust, insights in their numbers and high service.

  • You create Key Account Plans to accelerate growth, by analysing data, sell out and opportunities, supporting your plan with allocated marketing budgets.

  • You act as a strong consultant to your accounts, preparing Sell-In appointments by thorough data analysis to support a pre-order advise.

 

As Sales representative you also your independent retail partners and their staff in order to optimize the sell-out by assortment, staff training & marketing.

 

As Business developer you also look for opportunities to expand your customer portfolio within Norway by prospecting new doors within the premium segment and ensure you understand the Norwegian market.

Your Profile

Skills & Competences

  • Your energy comes from working closely with your customers. You connect easily with them and seek the win-win together. You combine key account management with a nose for business development.

  • Your transparent and open communication style helps you to build relationships with your customers, manager and colleagues in other countries. You are courageous and assertive in selling, but can also act as advisor, problem solver and consultant towards the customers.

  • You are able to combine this with an analytical and disciplined mindset. You love to dig into the numbers and understand how they impact your market and customers.

  • As you cover the full territory of Norway with a showroom in Oslo, you are flexible and highly organized.

Qualifications and Experience

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • You have wholesale/retail experience (3 Year +)

  • You love the Premium Retail Fashion Business

  • You have a valid Driving License

  • Next to Norwegian you speak excellent English
